ABERDEEN BRIDGE CLUB

During a visit to the Central Belt, Margaret and Mike Hodder caught up with Anne Brodie-Allan (BBO handle anba), and presented her with a card, gift and flowers on behalf of the club, in recognition of all her hard work setting the club up on BBO, plus training our online TDs, and for her continued support and guidance.

Phoenix Bridge Club welcomes everyone for Summer Bridge from Thursday May 11th until the first week in September. Phoenix hold tournaments in the Club every Thursday at 7pm.

Aberdeen Scrabble Club will be returning to the Bridge Club on Tuesday nights, initially for a trial period of four weeks (28 March, 4 April, 11 April, 18 April) starting at 7pm.  Everyone, especially beginners, is very welcome to come along (cost £4 but your first visit will be free).  For further information please contact Steven Morrice (stevenmorrice@live.co.uk).

Congratulations to Mike and Margaret Hodder who were runners up in the Swiss Teams at the SBU Peebles Congress last weekend. Their partners were Andrew Symons and Peter Moss.
