Milan Macura
We are delighted to welcome Milan Macura to Aberdeen Bridge Club for a special evening of bridge.
Milan has played international bridge since his teens and has competed at the highest levels of the game. Alongside his playing career, he has become an internationally respected bridge coach and educator.
His teaching focuses not simply on learning conventions, but on understanding the reasoning behind the auction and making better decisions at the table.
The evening’s topic
Mastering the Strong 2♣ Opening Bid
Strong hands do not come along very often – which makes it all the more important that you and your partner know how to handle them when they do.
Milan will explore the principles behind the Strong 2♣ opening and how opener and responder can work together to describe their hands accurately, retain control of the auction and find the right contract.
This is a special event for current Aberdeen Bridge Club members. Advance registration and payment are required.
