ABOUT THE CLUB

The Club celebrated its 90th anniversary in 2023, having been founded in 1933; it has been located in the same building at 14 Rubislaw Terrace, Aberdeen, ever since! (Short History of the Club)

The Club is affiliated to the Scottish Bridge Union and Master Points are issued for relevant sessions and for cumulative competition events that are held during both the winter and summer months.

Face to face bridge is played at 7.00 pm on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays throughout the year.  There is also a tournament on Wednesday afternoons at 1.30 pm, a Play & Learn session on Wednesdays at 7.00 pm and Relaxed bridge on Thursday afternoons, starting at 2.00 pm.  For full details of our programme, please visit our What’s On page.

An online BBO session is held on Tuesday evenings starting at 7.00 pm.

PLANNING YOUR VISIT

Aberdeen Bridge Club is located close to the city centre with bus stops for several bus routes just a short walk away. There are on-street, “pay to park” spaces outside the front entrance and limited free parking spaces just a short walk away.

Access to the building is unfortunately not suitable for wheelchair users. Induction hearing loops are available so please ask for assistance if required.

Card rooms are on the ground and first floors with stair access only between floors. Toilets are located on all floors.
